ZGC completed an approximately $32,000 prime-contract masonry restoration project for the North Texas Tollway Authority in Plano, Texas.
The work included pressure washing, removal of deteriorated mortar, mortar-joint repair, repointing, surface restoration, cleanup and protection of the surrounding work area. The scope required careful evaluation of existing masonry conditions and coordinated restoration rather than wholesale replacement.

Following a vehicle impact at an occupied Ottobock care facility in Dallas, ZGC coordinated the restoration of the damaged commercial storefront, automatic entrance and adjacent interior construction.
The project included aluminum storefront framing, insulated safety glazing, automatic bi-parting sliding-door coordination, metal framing, drywall, texture and paint repairs. ZGC managed specialty glazing and automatic-door subcontractors while coordinating work around an active medical-care environment.
